Slingshot Cold Brew Fall Seasonal

You can always learn more about the current Slingshot Cold Brew seasonal by clicking the link at the top of the page, but just for good measure, here’s a little more about the current Fall seasonal:

The 2013 Slingshot Cold Brew Fall seasonal is a single origin coffee from Mexico, called Las Milpas. The name comes from the generations‐long practice of growing squash, beans and corn together in what’s known as la milpa. This coffee is from three specific high‐altitude communities – Siltepec, Amatenango, and Bella Vista – among the PROISCH (Productores Indegenas Serrano Chiapas) Cooperative, which includes approximately 300 coffee producers and 100 honey producers.

Delicious straight up or with a splash of milk, Slingshot Cold Brew Fall Seasonal is perfect for an autumn palate. Look for notes of vanilla, fig and nougat in this coffee that boasts a nice round sweetness, and
crisp but coating mouthfeel.
